3 egg whites
popcorn

lunch:
chicken, tomato, lettuce (this is acutally called something, but I haven't the nerve to try to spell it, so i'm not even gonna try)
about 20x the serving size for ketchup. thank God there is no fat in ketchup

lunner:
skipped today. wow.

Dinner:
chicken
rice
broccoli
